Having recently spent 6 days in London, and having promised it in my last post, I have decided to do a bit of a wrap up of images shot in the six days.

I spent most of the last week in London in what was supposedly summer, in London's defence I had a few hours of sunshine! Anyway here is a brief teaser from London, a much longer blog post will come mid week with many more images from my week in London.

Weekly Photo - 12/06/2011 "Goodbye Sydney"

I have just been informed that my flight to London has been delayed by an hour so rather then a late photo again I decided to update the blog now.

Vivid Sydney 2011 comes to a close tonight and as I am leaving Australia for a month I thought it was a fitting subject.

Vale Sergeant Brett Wood

Today Sydney stopped for the funeral of Australian commando Sgt Brett Wood who was killed by a roadside bomb last month in Afghanistan. Due to operational requirements and at the request of the Australian Defense Force the faces of his fellow commandos are obscured. 

I know I missed a couple of weekly photo posts however as it was the last few weeks of the university semester I had very little time to shoot let alone update the blog. The weekly updates will start again on Sunday however I found the funeral of an Australian Soldier too important to wait for the weekend to post.
